Bootcamp: Energy System Development -class uses resistance training in an aerobic setting to burn fat and calories while building strong muscles, bones, and tendons. Our bootcamp will focus on the three main energy systems used to fuel the human body during exercise. The conditioning program will be periodized on a monthly schedule to address base level conditioning and these systems for our community.
